Return & Refund Policy

Joyce Meyer Ministries guarantees your satisfaction and accepts returns within 90 days of order receipt.

To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly, please contact our Customer Care Team at 866-480-1528, M–F 7am–5pm ET, to obtain authorization for the return and/or refund. Be sure to provide your order information, the reason for return, and the name of the item(s) you are returning. Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used.

Packages without proper return authorization will not be accepted.

Defective merchandise must be returned with the original packaging.

Pack the item(s) you are returning and enclose a copy of your packing slip. Package it securely and apply adequate postage.

Your credit will be issued within two to three business days after we receive your package.

For refunds on digital products, including eBooks, audiobooks, downloads, and other electronic content, please call our Customer Care Team at the number listed above.

All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 90 days of order receipt.

Digital Products License Terms

 

Definitions

"Rights Holder" means the applicable author, publisher, licensor, content owner, distributor, or other party owning or controlling intellectual property rights in a digital product.

"Licensee" and "you" mean the purchaser or authorized end user of a digital product.

License Grant

Subject to payment of the applicable purchase price and compliance with these Terms, Joyce Meyer Ministries ("JMM"), acting under authority granted by the applicable Rights Holder, grants the Licensee a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use purchased digital products, including eBooks, audiobooks, downloadable media, streaming media, and other digital content, solely for the Licensee's personal, non-commercial use.

The license granted herein permits access to and use of the digital product only as made available by JMM and/or the applicable Rights Holder from time to time.

Purchase of a digital product does not create any ownership interest in the digital product and does not guarantee perpetual availability, continued hosting, or ongoing access to any platform, application, format, service, or delivery method through which the digital product is provided.

Digital products are licensed and not sold.

Reservation of Rights

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a sale or transfer of ownership of any digital product or any intellectual property rights therein.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the digital products, including all copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights, and other intellectual property rights, shall remain vested in the applicable Rights Holder and any other persons or entities owning intellectual property rights therein. To the extent JMM owns or controls any intellectual property embodied in a digital product, such rights shall remain the property of JMM.

Except for the limited license expressly granted herein, no rights are granted to Licensee by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

 

Permitted Use

Licensee may download, access, or stream the digital product only to the extent expressly permitted by the product's format and JMM's delivery mechanism.

Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing by JMM and, where applicable, the relevant Rights Holder, Licensee may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, or make the product available to others, in whole or in part.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or compile the product.
• Upload, post, host, transmit, email, share, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the product to any third party.
• Circumvent, remove, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass any digital rights management (DRM), licensing controls, watermarking, security features, or technical protections.
• Use the product for commercial purposes, including resale, commercial licensing, paid instructional courses, corporate training, or other revenue-generating activities, unless separately authorized.
• Share, sell, transfer, or disclose account credentials, license keys, or access credentials.
• Allow more users or devices to access the product than permitted by the applicable license.

Organizational Use

Purchasing a digital resource does not automatically grant rights for church, ministry, classroom, small-group, outreach, organizational, or institutional use.

Any such use remains subject to the rights granted by the applicable Rights Holder and any additional authorization required by JMM.

Requests for uses beyond personal consumption may be submitted to Customer Care for review and approval through JMM's designated customer support channels.

Rights Holder Control and Availability

Certain digital products are made available by JMM pursuant to licenses, distribution agreements, publishing agreements, or other authorizations granted by Rights Holders.

The availability of such digital products may depend upon the continuation of those rights. If JMM's rights to distribute, host, provide access to, or license a digital product expire, are terminated, or are otherwise restricted, JMM may discontinue access to the affected digital product without further obligation except as required by applicable law.

Platform Access; Technical Limitations; Disclaimer of Warranties

 

Service Availability

JMM intends to provide access to digital products in a reliable manner but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability.

Access may be interrupted, limited, degraded, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, modifications, third-party service interruptions, internet failures, platform migrations, software changes, security concerns, force majeure events, device incompatibility, discontinued platform support, or other circumstances beyond JMM's reasonable control.

Compatibility

Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring that Licensee's devices, operating systems, internet connectivity, and software meet any applicable technical requirements.

JMM is not responsible for losses resulting from device incompatibility, software obsolescence, operating system changes, or technological limitations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, digital products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability for Technical Issues

Except where prohibited by applicable law, JMM's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to platform access issues, technical failures, interrupted downloads or streams, service outages, data loss, account access issues, or unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials shall be limited to the amount paid by Licensee for the specific digital product giving rise to the claim.

Availability, Modification, and Discontinuation of Digital Resources

 

Nature of Digital Purchases

Digital products are licensed and not sold. A purchase grants only the limited license rights described in these Terms and does not create a perpetual right to access, download, stream, use, or re-download any digital product indefinitely.

No Guarantee of Perpetual Availability

Although JMM intends to make purchased digital products accessible for as long as reasonably practicable, JMM does not guarantee that any digital product, digital library, account feature, mobile application, website, streaming service, download service, platform, or delivery method will remain available indefinitely.

Modification or Removal of Digital Products

JMM reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, or as required by an applicable Rights Holder, with or without notice, to update, revise, correct, modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, remove, restrict, or disable access to any digital product, in whole or in part.

Such action may occur for any reason, including without limitation:

• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Court orders or governmental directives.
• Contractual obligations.
• Expiration or termination of licensing rights.
• Copyright, intellectual property, or rights-holder concerns.
• Requests, requirements, or instructions from a Rights Holder.
• Security or fraud-prevention measures.
• Technological changes or obsolescence.
• Discontinuation of software, hardware, applications, or delivery platforms.
• Business, operational, ministry, or strategic considerations.

Discontinued Products and Platforms

If a digital product, application, platform, service, or delivery method becomes unavailable or is discontinued, Licensee acknowledges that continued access to the digital product may no longer be possible.

JMM shall have no obligation to maintain, support, host, reproduce, replace, restore, migrate, or provide alternative access to any digital product that has been discontinued, removed, or rendered unavailable.

JMM further reserves the right to cease distribution of any digital product if required or requested to do so by the applicable Rights Holder.

No Automatic Refund or Replacement

The suspension, modification, discontinuation, removal, or unavailability of any digital product, application, platform, or delivery mechanism shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and shall not automatically entitle the Licensee to a refund, replacement product, compensation, or other remedy.

In certain circumstances, and at JMM's sole discretion, JMM may elect to provide a refund, account credit, substitute product, replacement access, or other accommodation. Any such accommodation is voluntary, may be offered on a case-by-case basis, and shall not create any obligation, course of dealing, or precedent requiring JMM to provide the same or similar accommodation in any other circumstance.

Nothing in this Section shall obligate JMM to provide a refund, credit, replacement product, substitute access, or other accommodation except as required by applicable law.

If a Licensee experiences a loss of access to a purchased digital product, the Licensee may contact JMM Customer Care for assistance and review of available options.

Term and Termination

The license granted herein becomes effective upon purchase and remains in effect until terminated.

JMM may terminate or suspend the license immediately if Licensee violates these Terms or if JMM's authority to distribute or license the applicable digital product is terminated, suspended, or otherwise limited by the applicable Rights Holder.

Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease use of the digital products and, upon request, delete or destroy any copies within Licensee's possession or control.

Termination of the license shall not limit any rights or remedies otherwise available to JMM under law or equity.
