Managing My Personal Account

A 2-Step Verification adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to your username and password, you’ll be asked to enter a code that is sent to you by Joyce Meyer Ministries via email or text. This verification method helps to make sure your personal information stays private, safe, and secure.

A six-digit verification code was sent to the email address or mobile phone number that you selected on the verification prompt.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotional folder.

If you did not receive the code via text, you may want to try one of the following:

  • Restart your mobile device.
  • If you are using an Android, clear the cache on your Message app.

If you still don’t see your verification code, click on the Resend Now link located at the bottom of the 2-Step Verification prompt. If you clicked on the Resend Now link more than once, make sure to use the last code that was sent to your inbox or mobile phone.

You will not need to re-verify for 28 days if you tap or click on the Keep me signed in checkbox when you sign into your account. If you log out or clear your cache, or if you sign in on a different device or browser, you will need to enter a verification code again.

If you didn’t select the Keep me signed in checkbox, when you close your browser, or if you are idle while logged in to your account for more than 20 minutes, then you will be asked to re-verify.

When using a public computer, it is not recommended to check the Keep me signed in option.

If you clicked on the Resend Now link more than once, you may be using the wrong code. Please make sure to use the last code that was sent to your inbox.

If you close the verification prompt, a new code will be generated as soon as you go back to the same prompt. Be sure to toggle between the verification prompt and the email with the verification code by accessing the Multitasking screen on your iOS devices or the Recent screen on your Android devices.

You may want to select the Text option, as this will give you the choice to autofill the code into the verification prompt, if your phone supports this feature.

Cookies help the website you are visiting remember your visit. So, if you don't enable the cookies on our site, the browser will not remember your visit, which results in re-verifying. Also make sure that your browser is not set to automatically clear its cache on exit since clearing your cache does not allow our site to remember you.

Please include a note to help us ensure that we are following your desire to become a ministry partner. You will receive some mailings from us with envelopes that you can use for donations or purchases.

 To change the amount and/or the day you give your donation:

  • Sign in to your account at joycemeyer.org using the sign in button at the top right side of the home page.
  • Click on My Account, located in the blue ribbon at the top right side of the page.
  • Inside the Partnership box, click Edit Partnership, then make your changes.
  • Click on Save Changes.

To replace or update your credit card information, click Replace Payment or Edit Payment. Don’t forget to click on Save Changes or Update Card button to complete your update.

Note: Only accounts established on our website after July 29, 2020 can be changed. Otherwise, please call our Customer Care team at 866-480-1528 (M-F, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. ET) for assistance.

To create your account, please click on Sign In near the top right corner. When the pop-up appears, click on Don’t have an account? Start Here. Please fill out all the required fields, then select Create Your Account at the bottom of the form.

You can sign out of your account by clicking on the arrow next to My Account in the blue header of our website. When you do this, a drop-down menu will display. Click on Sign Out.

  • Sign in to your account via the sign in button at the top of the page.
  • Once signed in, click My Account.
  • Select the Address button and click Edit.
  • Once you’ve made your changes, just click Save Changes.

When you create a new online account, it will reflect orders and donations placed on our website after July 29, 2020.
