Hand of Hope: Humanitarian Outreach
Project GRL
- Project GRL is a worldwide campaign focused on Guiding, Restoring, and Loving girls that have survived sexual abuse, human trafficking, and been subjected to social and political marginalization. Our goal is to help all women, regardless of their situation, grow to understand how valuable they are in God's eyes.
- Supporting five Imagine Hope Centers in Zambia, where girls can escape child marriage, receive education, and get skills training
- Helped build Women's Rehabilitation Centers in several countries for women overcoming addictions
- Working in 55 countries through feeding, water wells, education, and 19 safe havens and rescue homes
- Operating four Project GRL Medical Vans in India, providing medical care and resources to women and girls working in the red-light district
Inner-city Outreach
- St. Louis Dream Center (SLDC) reaches thousands annually through outreaches and ministries for children and adults, including various feeding programs, homeless ministries, and enrichment and mentoring initiatives.
- In 2020, SLDC provided over 525,000 meals. Staff and volunteers also made 90 visits to area nursing and senior communities, including children's outreaches.

- "Urban Youth Impact" - disadvantaged families empowerment program in West Palm Beach, FL
- Partner with "Loaves and Fishes" in Australia and the Los Angeles Dream Center to reach and serve those in the inner-cities
Feeding Programs
- In 2022, more than 31.4 million meals were served; to date more than 479.8 million meals have been served.
- Feeding centers in over 20 countries

Medical Missions
- Over 3.5 million patients have been treated through Hand of Hope medical and dental efforts
- In 2022, provided free medical care to more than 334,621 people around the world; dispensed over 131,400 free prescriptions
- Funds clinics and hospitals in Cambodia, Haiti, India, El Salvador, Israel and Ethiopia with hospitals

- Operate 5 children's homes around the world caring for more than 120 children daily
Disaster Relief
- Supporting disaster assistance efforts in the U.S. and around the world, to date, contributed $25 million to worldwide disaster aid and humanitarian relief in over 240 disasters since 2004
- In 2022, we responded to hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, tropical storms, the Ukraine Crisis, and refugee relief.
Prison Ministry
- In 2022, ministry teams visited over 40 prisons.
- Distributed over 11,000 hygiene gift bags and 73,700 booklets in 2022
- Since 1998, ministry teams have visited over 4,400 prisons in more than 55 countries, and have ministered to prisoners in all 50 states.
- Over 192,160 inmates have accepted Christ into their lives.
Anti-Human Trafficking
- Funding support for Los Angeles Dream Center human trafficking shelter and the Short Creek Dream Center in Utah
- Support women's homes in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and Chiang Rai, Thailand
- Support the "A21 Campaign" in Thessaloniki, Greece; Bulgaria, Cambodia, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine; and the US
- Support the "Community Development Center" in India
- Provides a safe haven for girls in various regions of Zambia through our Imagine Hope Centers
- Operate Project GRL vans providing medical care and resources to women and girls working in the red-light districts in India
Water Relief
- To date, more than 2,200 freshwater well projects are providing safe water in remote areas of over 42 countries.
- Ten water filtration systems were installed in medical clinics in Laos in partnership with ACC International Relief in 2012.
