Brian Houston is passionately committed to the cause of Christ and loves seeing people fulfill their God-given potential. With a blend of wisdom and humor, his practical teachings have made him a popular and sought-after speaker at leadership conferences and churches throughout the world.

Brian and Bobbie Houston are senior pastors of Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia. With a constantly growing congregation (currently over 19,000 people), the church incorporates two major worship centers, a citywide network of connect groups and many contributing outreach services and ministries.

Brian’s grasp on the local church, the weekly television program (now broadcast in over 180 nations) and the much-loved Hillsong praise and worship have gained their ministry global respect and influence.

In his current leadership capacity, Brian is national president of the Assemblies of God in Australia, representing over 1,000 churches.
