Dream Center Offers Easter Fun for St. Louis Families

ST. LOUIS (4/10/06) – The St. Louis Dream Center will host its annual Easter Treasure Hunt on Saturday, April 15 from 12 pm —2 pm at Fairgrounds Park on the corner of Vandeventer and Natural Bridge.

“Every year we look forward to giving kids something special. Many of the children who come will not have the opportunity to have an Easter like other children. Our annual treasure hunt is a way for them to have fun, while keeping the true meaning of Easter in mind,” said Dream Center Senior Pastor Jeff Allensworth.

Attendees will have the opportunity to pet furry animals in a petting zoo, jump around in a bounce house, and children under twelve years old will receive an Easter candy bag at the end of the event. The event is free and open to the public.

Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church, the St. Louis Community Choir, and Friendly Temple Missionary Baptist Church will also be participating in the day’s activities.
