• Responsible for daily management of Joyce Meyer Ministries’ audio/radio department
• Responsible for overseeing the A/V mastering of key production elements in the Enjoying Everyday Life® program
• Oversee the acquisition, planning and design of all audio, including conferences on the road and productions in the studio
• Oversee key areas of audio program production
• Delegate duties to audio production staff
• Assist production staff with audio program production
• Be the primary contact for audio needs and questions regarding production, including radio programs as needed
• Direct audio content for television broadcast and resources mastering
• Back up audio engineer for some TV studio shoots and chapel services
• Report weekly to senior producer

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience in ProTools 6.9, 7.0 and 5.1 Surround on MAC based format 
• Practical knowledge and/or experience mastering and editing audio for video
• Management experience
• 5+ years experience in live television recording, both on location and in the studio
• Working knowledge of equipment, MAC and XP computer systems and audio equipment and technology
• Audio engineering design a plus
