As chief financial officer for Joyce Meyer Ministries, Delanie Trusty oversees all of the financial practices of the ministry. She is responsible for the annual and legal audits, as well as all the information in the annual reports.

In her time with Joyce Meyer Ministries, Delanie developed a financial reporting staff and has restructured and added new positions to the Accounting Department, which currently has over sixty employees.

Delanie has specialized in nonprofit accounting for almost fourteen years. Previously, she was employed by Carman Ministries and rose to the position of director of operations. Prior to her work in nonprofit accounting, Delanie spent five years at Engman and Lovely, a public accounting firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she gained experience in tax, audit, review and compilations.

Delanie is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Finance Professionals, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She regularly completes continuing education courses.

Delanie received her bachelor of science degree in business administration from Langston University and attended Oklahoma State University. She received her CPA designation in 1989 and is currently pursuing a master of business administration degree at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She also has a certificate in theology from Rhema Bible Training Center and is working toward becoming a certified minister with the Assemblies of God.

Delanie has been married for twenty-seven years and has two children. She and her husband are home missionaries and are church planters with the Assemblies of God. They are the founders of South Pointe Church in St. Louis, Missouri.
